AERIAL BOMBING, BY THE NUMBERS...

Recalling that Hamas deliberately places its agencies of violence (I refuse to call them "police" or "military") in the midst of dense population centers--consider these numbers:

From AP, 12/28/08: "Gaza health official Dr. Moaiya Hassanain said at least 280 people were killed, including 183 members of Hamas' uniformed security forces. It was not clear how many of the others were gunmen or civilians."

183 of 280 = AT LEAST 65% of the dead were military...

According to PALESTINIAN sources.

From the JPost, 12/27/08:
230 dead in 1st day of Gaza offensive
Dec. 27, 2008
Yaakov Katz , THE JERUSALEM POST
In the heaviest military strike against the Gaza Strip since the 1967 Six Day War, the Israel Air Force bombed over 170 targets on Saturday, killing more than 230 Palestinians, as Israel launched "Operation Cast Lead," aimed at putting a stop to Hamas rocket attacks against the South.

...Palestinian officials said that at least 15 civilians were among the dead in Gaza.

15 of 230 = 6.5% of the dead were civilians.

According to PALESTINIAN sources.

Only two words can describe the care and accuracy of the IDF in Operation Cast Lead: UNBELIEVABLE AND STUPEFYING.

Ohhhh, and let's all shed a tear that Hamas is now finding it difficult to indulge in wedding-policing like this one from last year:

The Israelis have nothing to apologize for.

There is no such thing as a 'disproportionate' response to calls for genocide.

If the world took the Israeli cue, there would not have been a Rwanda, Congo or Darfur, for starters.

Had the Alliesd bombed Berlin in 1938 (and even caused the death of tens of thousands)50 MILLION souls would have been saved.
